We work with many globally recognised clients, particularly within sport, so if you're a sporting fan this could be a great fit! What You'll Make Happen In AI Product Operations, you will join a supportive, inventive team that values clarity, ownership, and getting things done.

You will collaborate with globally recognised sports organisations and play a hands-on role in shaping how they use and evolve our product suite.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, product ownership, and operational execution.

There is no central project manager handing you a perfect brief.

You will be expected to spot problems, decide what is worth fixing, and help build the solution.

You do not need years of product management experience.

You do need curiosity, good judgment, and the willingness to get into the weeds of tools, data, workflows, client problems, and product behaviour.

What You'll Do Own AI-driven workflows and product improvements within specific parts of the product suite.
