About the role: The Commercial Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of our commercial strategy across Touch (Content Service Provider) and ABOVE (Processing Lab).

This role is designed to assume day-to-day account management responsibilities, ensure consistent commercial follow-through, and drive structured revenue growth across assigned accounts.

By reinforcing the client-facing commercial function, this position will enable the Commercial & Growth Director to focus on strategic expansion, revenue acceleration, partnerships, and cross-company integration.

About the responsibilities: Account Ownership & Client Success Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned airline and media clients.

Manage day-to-day commercial communications and follow-ups.

Monitor contractual scope, renewals, and performance milestones.

Ensure strong client satisfaction and proactive engagement.

Revenue Growth & Optimization Develop and execute structured account growth plans.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Media and Digital services.

Support pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.
