About the Role This is a hybrid creative leadership role for an operator who can turn business insight into assets that drive revenue.

You will step into a fast-moving environment where the expectation is not to wait for a fully built machine, but to build one.

Work is delegated through outcomes, not hand-holding.

You are expected to take direction at the strategic level, convert it into clear briefs, campaigns, and sales assets, and keep momentum high across multiple workstreams.

Requirements Lead creative direction across all active brands and maintain consistency in voice, visual standards, and output quality.

Build clear human-led creative briefs for content and design resources so execution is aligned and actionable.

Write and direct core sales collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and video sales letter scripts.

Turn business wins and measurable results into compelling before-and-after case studies with clear narrative and proof.

Own copy for landing pages, email sequences, and outreach messaging, or brief those assets with precise direction.
