We are looking for a Data Collection Assistant based in Brazil to join our global Operations team.

This isn't just a data entry job—it’s an opportunity to take true ownership of one of the world's largest government contact databases, ensuring mission-critical accuracy for public affairs leaders worldwide.

The Impact You’ll Have As a member of the Data Collection team, you ensure that the bedrock of Quorum 's information services remains flawless.

Reporting to the Editorial Manager, you will manage the absolute integrity of government contact records.

Through deep-dive internet research, professional multi-channel outreach, and rigorous quality assurance, your work will directly empower thousands of users to map out political landscapes, track legislative activity, and launch grassroots advocacy campaigns effectively.

Your Journey at Quorum First Week: You'll dive into Quorum 's proprietary database systems, learn our data governance standards, and integrate with your global, distributed teammates.

First Month: You’ll take ownership of daily database updates, mastering our multi-channel research methods to verify and audit baseline stakeholder information.

First Six Months: You will lead deep-dive data audits and evaluate complex government reports, proactively monitoring external websites to spot and correct discrepancies before they affect our users.

First Year: You’ll become a core subject matter expert on regional data compliance, collaborating closely with the broader Operations and HRIS teams to refine our data administration pipelines.
