Lead the transformation of global Earnings Operations for the Spark Driver Program.

As Director, you’ll architect and scale end-to-end processes for contractor earnings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

About the Independent Contractor (Spark Driver) Earnings Team: Our team is responsible for the seamless calculation, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings worldwide.

We operate with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement, directly impacting both company performance and the experience of our global contractor network.

This role is pivotal in setting best practices and driving operational rigor across the organization.

What you'll do...

Oversee all aspects of global contractor earnings operations, designing and implementing strategies, systems, and standards that ensure payments areaccurate,timely, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

Drive process standardization and operational excellence by developing comprehensive SOPs,establishingperformance metrics, andleveragingautomation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce errors at scale.

Partner cross-functionally with technology, finance, and compliance teams to ensure that earnings processes are fully aligned with organizational strategy,maintaininga proactive approach to industry and regulatory changes.

Implement robust data governance by defining master data strategies, setting metadata standards, and collaborating to ensure contractor earnings data isaccurate, transparent, and secure.

Provide inspirational leadership and direction for a high-performing team, focusing on coaching, development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders.
