About The Role This role leads the Developer Services engineering team, owning the Functions, Automation, VRF, and CRE Service Layer domains.

You will ensure continuity of delivery while strengthening reliability, product velocity, and team growth across critical service-layer infrastructure.

Your Impact You will shape the reliability, usability, and evolution of the CRE Service Layer and related developer-facing infrastructure.

Your leadership will directly impact the pace at which new capabilities reach the ecosystem.

In the first 6–12 months, you will: Focus on hardening the reliability and operational resilience of the CRE Service Layer.

Establish and manage a single, clearly prioritized backlog across demanding stakeholders and cross-functional inputs.

Accelerate iteration cycles based on user feedback to drive product-market fit for CRE capabilities.

Deliver new service-layer capabilities, including enhancements such as improved workflow management models.
