This role helps the Clinical Director stay focused on strategic priorities by organizing workflows, coordinating communication across departments, and maintaining clear documentation of key activities.
Working closely with teams such as Front Desk, Marketing, Clinical HR, Credentialing, Billing, and Finance, the Executive Assistant helps keep information flowing efficiently while ensuring that operational updates, meeting outcomes, and internal initiatives remain well organized.
This position requires strong judgment, discretion when handling sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support: Manage the Clinical Director’s calendar, including scheduling clinical, operational, and cross-departmental meetings.
Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and ensure the Clinical Director has the relevant materials in advance.
Support daily administrative needs so the Clinical Director can focus on leadership priorities and operational oversight.
Help organize tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to maintain a structured workflow.
Communication & Coordination: Monitor incoming communications for the Clinical Director and ensure messages are addressed or routed appropriately.
Act as a coordination point between the Clinical Director and teams such as Front Desk, Marketing, Clinical HR, Credentialing, Billing, and Finance.
Track requests, decisions, and action items to ensure timely follow-through.
Help maintain clear communication across departments when initiatives involve multiple teams.
