The role also includes supporting Embedded clients (reseller) and HR Consulting clients, requiring creative thinking and a can-do attitude to develop solutions that support sales and client needs.
A proactive and consultative approach is essential to anticipate client needs and provide up-front knowledge to mitigate risks.
This role provides HR services to employees located in Sweden.
How you will make a difference: Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the worker life cycle and ensure successful onboarding for new GEO workers.
Support the delivery of HR processes, including handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of HR operations.
Assist in developing and maintaining various employment contracts.
Collaborate with the HR Services Manager on complex HR projects/issues.
Contribute to offboarding processes, including voluntary & involuntary exits and retirements.
Collaborate with associated benefit providers to ensure legally compliant benefit packages for workers.
Offer support in payroll-related tasks as needed.
What will make you stand out: Min. 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR support role.
