Position: Internal Medicine Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $130–$300/hour Location: Remote Duration: Ongoing Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Internal Medicine practice.

Focus on diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.

Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards.

Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and performance.

Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with team standards.

Qualifications Must-Have Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.

Fellows who are board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current active, unrestricted medical license.

Start Date Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.

Compensation & Legal Remote , 100% asynchronous.
