Marketing Project Coordinator – Medical Practice

This is a remote position.

Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Project Coordinator to support a medical practice with marketing execution, patient engagement initiatives, vendor coordination, and day-to-day project follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who can take ideas and help move them into action with minimal supervision, ensuring that marketing projects, promotions, and administrative initiatives are properly organized, tracked, and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and practice promotions from planning to execution.

Create, organize, and update promotional materials, flyers, announcements, and patient-facing content.

Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination, and basic engagement tracking.

Manage email marketing campaigns, including content organization, scheduling, and follow-up.

Coordinate with vendors regarding website updates, marketing assets, and campaign execution.

Support RepeatMD promotions, specials, and patient engagement initiatives.

Track marketing deadlines, project progress, deliverables, and pending follow-up items.

Help organize events, seasonal specials, patient promotions, and business growth initiatives.

Assist with website content updates, blog/content coordination, and service-page updates.

Collect, organize, and maintain before-and-after photos, patient testimonials, and marketing documentation.

Provide general administrative support related to marketing, vendor communication, and project management.
