About the Role We are hiring an Operations Associate to work across three areas: managing our proprietary Flight Plan infrastructure for e-commerce clients, designing and maintaining internal automations across our stack, and helping evaluate and deploy AI and emerging technology.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational rigor, technical fluency, and client partnership.

You will report to the VP of Finance and partner closely with operations, client service teams, and leadership.

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone (9 AM–5 PM EST).

Hub locations include Brazil, Portugal and Spain.
