Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in healthcare sales, particularly in engaging with medical professionals such as doctors, podiatrists, and weight loss clinics.
This role is focused on generating high-quality leads by setting appointments, enriching lead data using specialized tools, and following up with healthcare providers.
Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers.
Appointment Setting: Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
Data Enrichment: Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
Healthcare Sales Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to effectively communicate with professionals.
Follow-Up & Rescheduling: Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
Inbound & Outbound calling: Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
Experience with lead enrichment tools like Apollo.
Familiarity with CRMs to track leads and outreach activities.
Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with healthcare providers.
Strong time management and self-motivation.
Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools.
