The Sales Operations Analyst role we're offering involves working during our night shift in the Philippines, spanning approximately 11:00 pm to 8:00 am local time.

We look forward to potentially welcoming you to our team! Principal Accountabilities: Facilitate communication and coordination between Sales Reps on monitoring orders, updates, and status.

Assist Sales Reps on creating quotes for client, requesting quotes from vendors, and placing orders.

Monitor, troubleshoot, modify, and notify concerned departments of any problems that impede an order's prompt and effective processing.

Constantly liaise with vendors, sales reps, management and purchasing teams on any issues concerning orders and stock availability.

Collate and generate daily summary of sales and backorder reports for Sales Management and Directors.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales operations, data privacy, and confidentiality.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the sales organization, and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance productivity and performance.
