Responsibilities As SAP & Corporate Systems Tech Lead , you will be the founding hands-on technical leader for RecargaPay ’s SAP and Corporate Systems capability.

You will be responsible for the stability, evolution, integration, and technical governance of our SAP S/4HANA platform and the surrounding ecosystem of corporate applications across Finance, HR, Legal, Audit, Compliance, and Procurement.

This is a founding role.

You will help build RecargaPay ’s internal SAP and Corporate Systems technical capability from the ground up, reducing dependency on external partners, creating governance standards, and establishing the operating model required to support a regulated, fast-growing fintech.

You will work in close partnership with the squad's Product Owner, who owns product direction, business stakeholder management, vendor relationships, and RFI/RFP processes.

Your role is to lead the technical execution of the roadmap, establish engineering and governance standards for SAP and Corporate Systems, and ensure that every change is observable, auditable, secure, and aligned with applicable regulatory frameworks such as BACEN, LGPD, Brazilian fiscal requirements, and SOX where applicable.
