Job Title: Supervisor, Grants Compliance Department: ERIK | Office of Sponsored Programs Administration Position Overview The Grants Compliance Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations and activities for their assigned team.

Approves travel transactions for assigned team and provides backup support to other teams (procurement/expense) as needed.

The supervisor provides team leadership, training and supervision of team members.

Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.

Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
