About The Position: To serve as the strategic leader of our engineering operating system.

You will own the health, configuration, and insights derived from the Jira and Jellyfish tools, ensuring our leadership has a crystal-clear view of engineering investment, velocity, and health across the entire organisation.

We expect this candidate to be an "AI-First" practitioner, using agentic tooling to automate the mundane and focus on high-leverage organizational improvements.

What You Will Do: Tooling Architecture & Governance Jira Cloud Expert: Design, build and maintain complex workflows, permission schemes, and automation rules at scale.

Jellyfish Orchestration: Map Jira "Signals" to Jellyfish allocation buckets.

Ensure the data reflects the true "Investment Distribution" (e.g., separating KTLO/Maintenance from Innovation).
